The services of other specialists and planning permission may be required for the project. Specialist services would included tree surgeons, lighting specialists, structural engineers, water engineers, surveyors, soil analysts, artists and craftsmen etc. Visits to nurseries and suppliers. These drawings give detailed, quantified detail of the proposed planting and planting position to enable the contractor /client to carry out the planting with a minimum of supervision. Planting plans can be provided as a separate item without a masterplan for individual sites. FEE: As quoted

/client to construct the item involved with the minimum of supervision.

the masterplan...
The object of the masterplan is to produce an acceptable overall design solution for the site in relation to the established brief. This plan indicates the general areas of the design ie lawn, paving type (slab/brick), surfaces (ie gravel), planting types ie shrubs/trees/herbaceous, position of features and accesses etc. the process of producing the masterplan includes:
1. A measured survey of the site
2. a sketch proposal presentation
3. THE MASTERPLAN is then drawn in detail
