/client to construct the item involved with the minimum of supervision.

The object of the masterplan is to
produce an acceptable overall design solution for the site in relation
to the established brief. This plan indicates the general areas of the
design ie lawn, paving type (slab/brick), surfaces (ie gravel),
planting types ie shrubs/trees/herbaceous, position of features and
accesses etc. the process of producing the masterplan includes:
1. A measured survey of the site
2. a sketch proposal presentation
3. THE MASTERPLAN is then drawn in detail
